Jaffna, Srilanka – In a generous gesture aimed at enhancing healthcare services, Northern MIOT has gifted critical medical supplies to Jaffna Teaching Hospital. The donation includes 2 CPAP machines, 20 small face masks, 20 medium face masks, and 10 large face masks, all delivered this week to support patient care.
CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines are vital for treating respiratory conditions, including sleep apnea, and the additional face masks will ensure patients receive comfortable and effective treatment.
“This contribution reflects our commitment to improving healthcare access in the Northern Province,” said a representative from Northern MIOT. The Jaffna Teaching Hospital administration expressed gratitude for the timely donation, which will benefit numerous patients in need.
